As far as your neuroscience link is concerned, I call bullshit. It would be easier to dispute such a claim if I actually knew something about the brain science, but from what I do know, researchers have barely tapped the tip of iceberg in terms of quantifying brain structure and they know even less about how it actually functions, or why, fragmentation or not. Convenient of him to claim that lack of funding will be the only barrier for a full map in ten years. But I guess we always need visionaries.
